This page explains what information may be processed when you contact me through the website and how its confidentiality is protected.

Last updated: 2 August 2026

1. Data controller

The controller of personal data provided in connection with this website and consultation requests is Sofia Belcheva.

2. Information that may be processed

When you send a request, the information you voluntarily provide may be processed: name, email, optional phone number, selected service and format, preferred time and the content of your message.

The form sends the information provided directly to the designated professional email address through FormSubmit. You do not need to open or configure your own email application.

3. Purposes of processing

The information provided is used solely to:

  • respond to your enquiry;
  • clarify and confirm a suitable consultation;
  • communicate in relation to the selected service;
  • comply with applicable legal and professional obligations.

Processing is based on taking steps at your request before a service is provided, performing contractual or legal obligations and, where applicable, the legitimate interest in carrying out communication requested by you.

4. Sensitive information

Please do not send medical documents, diagnoses, detailed health information or other sensitive personal data through the form. If needed, a suitable and more secure way to share such information will be discussed after the initial contact.

5. Email, WhatsApp, Viber and Facebook

When you use the email, WhatsApp, Viber or Facebook buttons, communication continues in the external service you have chosen. The terms and privacy rules of that provider also apply. The website does not send messages automatically on your behalf.

6. Recipients and retention

Data is not sold or used for advertising messages. Hosting, email or communication providers, including FormSubmit, may have limited technical access only to the extent necessary to operate the relevant service. FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for up to 30 days. Its privacy policy is available here.

Correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to respond, arrange a session and comply with applicable legal or professional duties. When there is no longer a reason to retain it, the data is deleted or its processing is restricted.

7. Your rights

Under applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and may object to processing. Where applicable, you also have the right to data portability.

To exercise these rights, write to sophi.belcheva@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

8. Technical data and cookies

No advertising or marketing tracking tools have been added to this website. The hosting provider may process limited technical data, such as IP address, device type and security logs, and may use strictly necessary technologies for reliable loading and protection of the site.

9. Changes to this information

This page may be updated when services or communication methods change. The date of the latest update is always shown at the beginning.
